The terms that apply when you use plazamarketzone.com and place an order with us.
1. About us
plazamarketzone.com is operated by Plaza Market Zone, 206 Sterling Ct, Kenai, AK 99611, USA. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders and payment
- When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we send your secure payment link.
- Payment is taken through our payment provider. We never ask for card details on this site, by email reply or by phone.
- If payment is not completed within 7 days, the order is cancelled.
- We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
3. Prices, promotions and taxes
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price shown when you place the order applies.
- ONE10 gives 10% off eligible items. It cannot be combined with Today's trusted pick and does not apply to gift cards. One code per order.
- Today's trusted pick is a 10% discount on one product and ends at midnight Alaska Time.
- Alaska has no statewide sales tax, but local governments such as the Kenai Peninsula Borough and the City of Kenai may charge sales tax. We collect any sales tax we are required to collect for your delivery address, and it is shown on your invoice. Orders to other states may be subject to that state's sales tax.
4. Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration and packaging may vary. Health and wellness products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease; ask a doctor before use. Safety products support, but do not replace, professional advice and local fire codes.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our returns, refunds and shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Digital products
Software subscriptions and gift cards are provided by third-party publishers and issuers and are subject to their terms. Codes are for personal use and may not be resold.
7. Warranties and liability
Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Alaska Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act (AS 45.50.471 and following) or other consumer law that cannot be excluded.
8. Use of the website
All site content, including text, logos and images, belongs to Plaza Market Zone or its licensors. Do not copy it for commercial use, interfere with the site or use it for unlawful purposes.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any dispute will be handled by the state courts of the Third Judicial District in the Kenai Peninsula Borough, unless the law of your home state gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
